Kat Alioshin has worked as a director, producer, and in special effects on numerous blockbuster stop motion projects including, The Nightmare Before Christmas, James and The Giant Peach, and Corpse Bride. Her most recent production, Animation Outlaws, is a documentary following the rise of the Spike and Mike's Festival of Animation.

Inspired by the movement of images, Erica makes films that look into the shadows, find the light and reveal themes of liberation, courage and compassion.
